Xacta Estimate Estimators is staffed by former adjusters and contractors who understand all aspects of the insurance claims industry. We have 30 years of experience writing estimates for insurance carriers, adjusters, and public adjusters. We have written thousands of estimates in Xactimate for every imaginable type of damage. We will write a roof and or siding estimate for you to present to the insurance adjusters or clients.
How Can We Help
We will write your Xactimate estimate for you. It can be done to start a new claim or to respond to an adjuster’s estimate that needs to be supplemented. Our clients call on us when they are either, not skilled in Xactimate preparation, too busy to handle their workflow, or stuck trying to do a complicated estimate. You can create an account with us and store all your estimates, payments, and company information. Estimates can also be made by sending the checklist and photos to orders@xactaestimate.com.
Our Estimation Process
We will prepare your estimate with the information that you provide us within 24 hours. Some estimates may take longer depending on the complexity. We request that you provide us with a photo report or a checklist of all items on the roof/siding. We also request the roof measurements from you, but we can also get the measurements if you want us to. Please let us know how you would like the estimate created either in your guidelines or to match the carriers. If you have an estimate from the insurance company that can also be used to create a correct estimate. We can include your company logo and information for you as well. Any corrections are included in the cost of the original estimate.
